How to Change Front Diff Fluid on a Nissan Titan XD (EASY DIY!)

Changing your front differential fluid on the Nissan Titan XD? Here’s a quick DIY guide! 🛠️

🔧 Tools & Specs:

12mm Bolts to remove Skid Plate

Two 3/8″ square drive plugs

Torque spec: 27 lb-ft

Capacity: ~1.6 quarts

Fluid: 75w-85 GL-5 gear oil (I used Motul 75w-90 GL-4/GL-5 for easier pouring)

💡 Motul’s bottle design makes refilling simple with no pump needed!

🛻 Bonus Tip:
The rear differential uses the same method but holds just under 3 quarts of fluid.
